This visualization helps you to connect with your inner child and communicate with it about what it needs from you. This helps resolve blockages in you that stop the flow of your life energy which can make you feel anxious, depressed, stressed, etc. It also increases self-love, courage, and empathy and it helps you to find new ways and possibilities!
Doing this supported by a microdose is not necessary, but can be very helpful as it will be easier to connect with & listen to the part of your subconscious that is referred to as the inner child.

- Pen and paper can be useful when you want to write down insights or imprints that you get during the practice.
